"Rinses fine, but not always perfectly"
It rinses okay for the most part, but I’ve noticed little bits of stuff still get stuck sometimes. Anyway... it’s not a huge deal, just something I’ve run into a few times

I’ve been using this on my pans and so far it’s been really gentle, no scratches or weird marks at all. i expected to be picky about it, but nope, I’m actually happy with it

"Shipping kept dragging on"
I ordered from scrubdaddy.com thinking it would get here in a few days, but that definitely didn’t happen. The tracking barely updated, and every time I thought it might finally be on the way, it felt like the goalposts moved again. I totally understand that delays happen, but the shipping info was so vague that it just made the whole thing more frustrating. By the time it finally showed up, I had already gone out and bought sponges somewhere else. Annoying experience overall.

"The bundles could use more variety"
I do like some of the sponges, but the bundle options had me like… make it make sense. A lot of them feel way too similar, or they come with things I wouldn’t really use. I was expecting more variety and a better mix-and-match setup instead of being stuck with set packs.

"I’ve been using the Scrub Daddy for dishes..."
I’ve been using the Scrub Daddy for dishes, the sink, and a few bathroom cleanups, it is handy to have around. On days when I’m already mentally drained and just trying to get chores done without thinking too much, I do appreciate how easy it is to grab and use. That said, it hasn’t replaced my regular sponges or brushes like I thought it might. Some messes still take more effort and need a different tool. Overall, it’s a good product, just not quite as all-purpose for me as everyone makes it sound...

"I thought the whole firm-in-cold-water, softer-in-warm-water thing..."
I thought the whole firm-in-cold-water, softer-in-warm-water thing was cool at first, and it is handy. But after using it for a bit, you start to feel like it’s more of a gimmick than a game changer. It didn’t scrub as well as I was hoping, so it’s okay, just not amazing.

"Mostly just moves the water around"
I was hoping this would be one of those handy things I could keep around for quick spills, especially because I’m always knocking over my water glass while trying to do three things at once. But it didn’t really soak up much. It got wet right away, but then it mostly just pushed the water around on the counter. I ended up grabbing paper towels anyway, which made me wonder why I bothered using it in the first place. Maybe it works better for tiny messes, but for me it wasn’t very useful...

"Cute sponge, but the shape gets on my nerves"
I really wanted to love this because it’s adorable, and at first I was like, okay, this is such a fun little kitchen thing. But then I actually used it, and the smiley face shape started annoying me quickly. The eyes keep catching little bits of food, so I end up rinsing it way more than I ever did with my regular sponge.
The mouth part is kind of useful for spoons, so I’ll give it that, and part of me still thinks it’s cute sitting by the sink. But in my hand it just feels a little awkward, and that takes away from the fun of it. Sweet idea, but for everyday use, it’s not really doing it for me.

"Not great for my nonstick pans"
I picked up a couple Scrub Daddy sponges since they’re advertised as safe for a bunch of surfaces, but I’m still a little unsure about using them on nonstick pans. After a few washes, my newer pan had some tiny marks on it. Maybe I was pressing too hard, but you still don’t expect that when you’re trying to be careful.
I just wish the site was clearer about which side to use and how much pressure is actually safe for cookware. They’re probably fine for other cleaning jobs, but I wouldn’t buy them again for my nonstick stuff

"Didn’t really last as long as I thought it would"
I’ve ordered Scrub Daddy a few times from Scrub Daddy, and, like, at first they’re good. The shape is easy to hold, and it does a nice job cleaning during that first week or so.

But, yeah, for me they just don’t seem to hold up that long. Mine started getting soft and breaking down way sooner than I expected. For the price, I was hoping it would last a bit longer. It’s not awful or anything, but I probably won’t keep buying them

"Not great for bathroom cleaning"
I picked up a Scrub Daddy because I mostly wanted something for my shower and sink, and I’d heard so many people rave about it. It did okay with lighter soap residue, but once I got to the corners and the older grime, it really didn’t make much of a difference. I ended up grabbing a brush afterward anyway, which kind of defeated the purpose for me.
After just a few bathroom cleaning sessions, it was already starting to look worn out too. I can see how it might be better for dishes or quick kitchen messes, but for tougher bathroom cleaning, it just didn’t live up to the hype. My final take is that it’s not awful, but I personally wouldn’t buy it again for this kind of job.

"Support seemed on top of it"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. From the tone of their reply, it seemed like they actually understood what was going on and weren’t just sending a canned response. They got back to me quickly and fixed it without a bunch of back and forth, which I appreciated. I’m taking off one star because the shipping still felt slower than I expected, but the support experience was solid.

"My first impression wasn’t great at all..."
My first impression wasn’t great at all. As soon as I opened the pack, the sponge had this odd damp smell, and the box looked a bit dirty too. That kind of immediately made me question how clean it actually was. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I really didn’t feel comfortable using it on my dishes. I won’t be ordering it again.

"I’m still waiting and getting frustrated. No..."
I’m still waiting and getting frustrated. No refund has come through, and the replacement never showed up either. At this point, it makes me question the quality and reliability of the whole purchase.

"Hasn’t scratched my pans"
I’ve been using this on my nonstick pan and, so far, I’m happy with it. It works well for me and I haven’t noticed any scratches at all.

"Box showed up smashed"
The box arrived all crushed on one corner, and the packaging was ripped open enough that the sponge inside had picked up dirt. It was especially annoying because the little edges of the sponge looked dusty, like it had been rubbing against the torn cardboard during shipping. Not the best first impression.

"I was hoping this would help more with..."
I was hoping this would help more with the grime on my pans, but it didn’t really get much of that off. I ended up grabbing another sponge after, so for me it felt kind of pointless

"Doesn’t start smelling right away"
I’ve been using this for dishes for a bit now, and it’s held up well. I even kept the receipt email in case I didn’t like it, but so far it hasn’t gotten that gross old-sponge smell nearly as fast as the ones I used before. I’m taking off one star because it is a little stiff at first, but overall I’m happy with it.

"It’s fine for lighter dishes and the usual..."
It’s fine for lighter dishes and the usual stuff, but when it came to pans with food stuck on, it didn’t really handle that part well. I still had to scrub a bunch, and some bits were just kind of still there after. I expected it to work better than that

"Not worth it for me"
I really wanted to like this, but it just feels awkward to hold. After using it for a bit, my hand starts to hurt, so for me it’s not very comfortable or worth the hassle...
